Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS are not processed untill the goods are ready to ship. Fully Secured uning 128bit encryption. We accept Visa and Mastercard & debit cards via Streamline. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
We do not accept personal cheques but you may use postal orders. We do not accept parts orders outside of the UK
Shipping And Handling
We now only use Royal Mail Recorded delivery & Business post for relialibility and your protection. Standard recorded delivery P&P from £1.50 if the item is for a birthday please phone to check availability
For Scottish Highlands and N Ireland we may use a different service to suit the area
Deliveries sent via Business Post will require a signature, if incorrect delivery address is specified, or changed, an extra delivery charge will apply, (This is a Business Post Charge not ours) please make sure details are correct and someone is available to accept delivery and details are correct.
Delivery Schedule
Please allow 21 days for delivery, all items sent recorded delivery, if any item is not in stock you will be contacted re alternative or refund.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is inclusive of price show

Why we use a PO Box: Because we attend a large number of show throughout the year, we are not allways there to recieve goods in/exchanges etc. Also from a security we have been broken in to a few times and dont to give the thieves an open invite.
Privacy Policy
Twisted Spanner do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
In the rare event of faulty goods, please return them to us within 14 days and we will replace immediately or refund your money.
If you have ordered the wrong size then please return to us within 14 days with a payment of £1shirts/£3 sweats/£5 jackets for postage and we will replace immediately with the correct size.
N.B ALL IMPORTED RANGES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. SHOULD AN ITEM BE UNAVAILABLE AN ALTERNATIVE OR FULL REFUND WILL BE OFFERED-GIVEN.
Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer (except for faulty/damaged items) Customers should obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us. It is also advised that for high value goods they are sent by recorded delivery service as we can not be responsible for non delivery of returned items.
Re Parts Sales, All orders for parts are taken in good faith and should be fitted by a professional mechanic we can not be held responcible for incorrect fittement of parts ordered. (if in doubt contact us first) Returns of parts are only accepted at our decression if they are in perfect condition with undamaged original packaging & a 20% handeling fee is at our descretion. Special Order Parts are non returnable we recomend the old addage Measure twice cut once if in doubt check with us before ordering expensive parts.
Occasionally items may get lost or damaged in transit. If you belive your order has been lost in transit, please contact our customer services team as soon as possible. If your order has arrived damged in whole or part, please keep the packaging materials and contact our customer services team to arrange a return. We will require the packaging as well as any damaged products in order to issue a replacement.
In the event of a claim being raised for a lost or damaged order, you the customer agree to provide us with any requested aid or proof of loss or damage, including photographs of damage, return of damaged items including the packaging or written statement of loss. Without these Twisted Spanner will be unable to make the refund or offer an alternative, although we will still aid you in raising a claim against Royal Mail should you wish to do so.
